How do I pickup my rental?

Simply come to our equipment yard in Shelley and grab it. We will have it prepped by 6pm. Congratulations, you did it. Just make sure you return it by 5:45 PM! 

I don’t know how to use the equipment, can you help?

If you would like we can meet you and show you how to use the equipment, or you can watch our instructional videos for each product. 

What if I return the item late?

We will charge you for the full amount of the following 24 hour rental period. 

My truck isn’t big enough to tow the item I rented. 

First of all, don’t try and tow it. Safety first. If this is the case please request delivery during online checkout and we will bring it over and pick it up saving you the hassle.

Can I really rent without talking to a human?

Yes! We know you don’t really want to talk to anyone. Book online, pickup your rental at your convenience and enjoy. This isn’t your grandpa’s equipment rental. Just make sure you have the item back on time!

What if I damage the rental item?

You will be required to pay for the repairs and the total of the down time x the daily charge. If the repair takes 4 days you will be required to pay for 4 times the daily rate. 

Why the strange pickup and drop-off times?

We understand you cant take time off work to rent equipment. Traditional equipment rentals are open from 9-5… which is lucky because that is the same time you are at work. Taking time out of your working day to pickup and drop off never worked for us, and we know it doesn’t work for you. Now you can pick up on your way home from work and use the unit during the time you are not at your day job. Rentals for you, not us.
